You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

The product is damaged, stained, defected , Different colours and incomplete cutting .

The product/s must be unused and Before Shrinking in the original packaging with labels

The product received does not match the Quality and Colors that ordered.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to,  khaddar Market Makhdoom Pur khanewal Punjab .
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt. 

Yes, we do offer refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

The minimum period for processing refund is 3 to 5 working days depending on the mode of payment.
